This two-story building displays characteristic Beaux-Arts features including a rusticated stone base, symmetrical facade, and an elaborately ornamented arched entrance portal flanked by pilasters with decorative relief work. A central Juliet balcony with a balustrade sits above the main entrance, and the roofline is crowned with a classical cornice and parapet. The cream-colored stucco finish and refined detailing reflect the French academic influence prevalent in Chilean elite architecture of the early twentieth century.
