This Buenos Aires townhouse displays characteristic Beaux-Arts features including rusticated stone cladding on the ground floor, elaborate carved cartouches and foliate ornamentation between floors, and a strongly symmetrical three-bay facade. The piano nobile level features tall arched windows with louvered shutters set within ornate surrounds, supported by decorative corbels, and fronted by wrought-iron balconies with balustrade detailing. The cornice is richly profiled with dentil molding and scrolled brackets, typical of the French-influenced academic classicism popular in Argentina during the Belle Époque period.
