This is the Daxiao Gate (大孝門), one of the ceremonial entrance gates to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall complex in Taipei, Taiwan. The structure features a triple-arched white marble paifang gateway topped with a prominent hip-and-gable roof clad in deep blue glazed ceramic tiles, adorned with traditional ridge ornaments and elaborate bracket-like corbeling. The white rendered walls are decorated with classical Chinese relief carvings and cartouche panels, blending monumental Western arch forms with traditional Chinese palatial architectural vocabulary.
