The complex features characteristic Southern Fujian (Minnan) architecture with sweeping swallowtail ridgelines, curved hip roofs clad in red clay tiles, and richly decorated timber gateways with red lacquered doors. Red brick walls with diamond-shaped tile inlays and open courtyard layouts reflect the traditional Taiwanese-Minnan compound style. The ensemble is integrated with a classical Chinese garden featuring a lotus pond, scholar's rocks, weeping willows, and bamboo groves.
