The building features a prominent hip-and-gable (paljakjibung) roof clad in dark ceramic tiles with dramatically upturned eaves supported by elaborate bracket sets (gongpo) in the traditional Korean manner. The gable end is decorated with a richly patterned terracotta panel bearing a central octagonal medallion and interlocking geometric motifs reminiscent of dancheong ornamentation. The white masonry walls are fitted with large latticed windows using traditional Korean geometric patterns (salchangmun), blending modern construction techniques with classical Joseon-era decorative vocabulary.
