Original file name: 20251229 114454
The building features exposed red brick walls articulated by white-painted pilasters and arched window openings on the upper floor, characteristic of early 20th-century Argentine urban residential architecture with Italianate influences. A low-pitched terracotta tile roof with a wide overhanging eave supported by metal brackets crowns the structure. The two-story composition combines rusticated brickwork with classical arch detailing, typical of the transitional eclectic style common in Buenos Aires neighborhoods during the 1910s–1930s.
