The buildings display classic hanok features including gracefully curved, upturned eaves with grey clay roof tiles and dark timber structural frames. The compound walls are constructed of dressed granite blocks adorned with decorative brick inlay patterns featuring geometric and floral motifs in terracotta and black. Wooden lattice windows and ornate timber gates further exemplify the refined craftsmanship characteristic of late Joseon residential architecture, likely located in the Bukchon Hanok Village area of Seoul.
